WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

This workshop will be for teachers with no experience to a little experience.  We will focus the entry level commands creating 3D shapes, editing sketches and shapes, creating mulit-view drawings and simple assemblies.

Each participant will take away a flashdrive with usable drawings for students to practice commands and work independently.

 

PRESENTERS:

Charlie Lauts has taught at Lawrence High School for 31 years. Her classes have included CAD, Architecture, Engineering, Design/Build and Drafting classes of all levels. She has been teaching KCCTE workshops for 3 years in Revit, Inventor and AutoCAD.

Jim Bonar has been a CTE teacher at Desoto High School for the past 17 years.  He teaches classes in woodworking, construction, CAD and Engineering.  He has been teaching KCCTE workshops for 2 years in Inventor, AutoCAD, Revit and has expertise in Fusion 360.
